well for that you could use a base coat or clear nail polish, it works the same. =)
no i meant for the bottom coat. u know to prevent ur nail from turning yellow
yes of course! A topcoat is basically the same thing as clear nail polish =)
ok then can it jsut be a clear coat?
I would say just to prevent your nails from turing yellow put a coat of clear first, bit no you don’t need nail polish on the bottom, just for sure a topcoat =)
do you have to put a coat of reg. polish first? and does it satin? can you just put a clear coat after?
